Services: While local Arcs work through individual or family situations on a case by case basis, The Arc of Massachusetts works to educate consumers, families, the human services system, the public, legislators and the executive branch of the Commonwealth through system advocacy and legal action in the courts.  Together with The Arc of the U.S., we combine the best elements of grassroots support and advocacy so individuals can get the help they need or begin to remove the barriers in their way.
