Narrative

Provides free advice and legal representation to Massachusetts Medicare beneficiaries (elders & people with disabilities), e.g. those who have been wrongfully denied Medicare coverage for health care services, prescription drugs, durable medical equipment, ambulance service, home health care or skilled nursing facility care, etc. Focus is on people with limited income and people who are also eligible for MassHealth,  Medicare Advocacy Project also offers education and training on the Medicare program. 800# works only (413) dialing code.
