Submit your Information to the Programs and Services Database

There is no cost to list your program(s). Programs are for people with disabilities in Massachusetts. You can also list programs that serve all New England, states surrounding Massachusetts or are national. If your program serves more than one town or city, please add the names of additional towns or cities served. Please do not put in areas such as MetroWest or SouthCoast, for example.
If your agency offers several different programs, you may submit one record for each program. This will allow searchers to pinpoint the services they are looking for. If you have more than one location, you can also add additional records. We review and confirm information before adding it to our database. We request an annual update of this information. We’ll contact you for confirmation and updates or, at any time, you can submit an update to your information on-line.
