Narrative
Lowell Adult Day Treatment (LADT) provides five-day per week intensive treatment for adults with persistent mental illness. Using a group therapy model, LADT supports individuals by providing crisis assessment and intervention, case management support with symptom management, skills training, socialization, and ultimately improved quality of life.
Modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); dialectical behavioral therapy skills training (DBT); biopsychosocial interventions; and active community involvement. Staff take a collaborative approach with individuals and their provider team to assist individuals in achieving their educational, occupational and recovery goals. LADT accepts Medicaid and Medicare insurance plans.
