Narrative

CRC is a CARF-accredited rehabilitation program for adults/adolescents with acquired brain injury (TBI's, stroke, brain tumor, Parkinson's, MS, ADD, executive dysfunction, adult Aspergers and Spectrum disorders, vestibular rehab, and other neurologic diagnosis) as well as orthopedic/musculo-skeletal problems/diagnosis. Started in 1996, the program evaluates & treats cognitive, language, behavioral and functional/motor deficits and provides the full spectrum of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Social Work and Case Management services. We train clients how to use skills learned in the clinic in "real life" settings. Additionally, we offer community-based programs for maintenance services including: Parkinson's Wellness Program and Community Aphasia Group. We have three convenient locations around Greater Boston in Newton, Medford and Quincy. We are licensed by DPH, are Medicare certified, and are also a contracted provider for MassHealth, Tufts, HPHC, Cigna, Aetna/US Healthcare, BlueCross and many other payers. Referrals may be made to the main referral line, (781) 391-2016. Please ask for Ms. Lynn Reardon.
