Representation includes drafting planning documents such as wills, trusts - including special needs trusts, healthcare proxies, durable powers of attorney and more legal counseling on a range of issues involving adult services and government benefits.  The firm will handle any needed probate court proceedings and/or litigation involving guardianship, conservatorship and court approved estate plans.
