As a special education due process hearing officer and mediator, I no longer represent clients in special education matters. However, I do offer consultations designed to help you understand the issues you are facing and explore whether, and how, your matter might be resolved without litigation.

These consultations are neutral and unbiased. There is no pressure or expectation to hire an attorney. The goal is simply to discuss your situation, answer your questions, provide candid feedback, and identify potential next steps or action plans.
