Narrative

I am a licensed clinical psychologist working with a licensed clinical social worker to conduct Clinical Team Report assessments for guardianship to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.  We offer our services at your home, in office and onsite based on need and accessability.  We also offer onsite Psychological evaluations when needed.  Department of Transportation SAP evaluations offered also. Our fees are competitive and are based on services rendered.
