I gained my expertise in ADHD coaching through JST Coaching and Training, Coachville, ADD Coaching Academy & Impact Coaching Academy. I recently graduated from the University of Phoenix with my masters degree in psychology.

Prior to working as an ADHD Coach, I worked for the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission as a Learning Disability and ADHD consumer consultant, was the chair person for the LD/ADHD (Learning Disability/Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) Task Force and served on the Massachusetts Statewide Rehabilitation Council as an Ex-Offico member.

When I am not coaching, I enjoy a variety of things like spending time with my family and friends. I am also very involved in doing Buddhist activities.
