Challen Education & Transition Services provides individualized transition assessment, planning, consultation, and coaching for teens and young adults with and without disabilities. We guide students, families, and schools through the complexities of transition planning. We have compassion, deep expertise, and an unwavering belief in what’s possible. Whether a student is preparing for college, employment, independent living, or lifelong care, we offer skill-building, expert guidance, and practical planning. Services are virtual and community-based across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and beyond. We specialize in student-centered planning, self-determination, and postsecondary success.
