Narrative

I have worked for people with disabilities and their families for over 25 years. I work extensively in the areas of estate planning, guardianship, SSI, MassHealth, SSDI and elder planning. I have written several articles on these subjects and frequently speak at training sessions for other lawyers. Other areas of concentration include guardianship, conservatorship, discrimination, civil rights. employment, and health issues. I also serve as a trustee of Special Needs Trusts and I have co-authored the book, Managing a Special Needs Trust, A Guide for Trustees.
