Narrative

Fee for service disability advocacy and case management. Customized services to help people (primarily ages 18 to 60) with disabilities, illnesses or injuries and their families manage systems, issues and obstacles. Focus on problem solving, planning, developing strategies and accessing services. Support around transitions, assistance with public and private benefits and insurance. Ongoing support and coaching. Consultations available with clients in their homes, by video conference, phone and email. Home visits in Greater Boston and surrounding areas.

Lee draws on her volume of knowledge across a range of disability issues, experience in negotiating systems and services, and extensive referral networks to assist each client in a compassionate, effective and personalized manner. She has worked extensively with people with Asperger's Syndrome, acquired and traumatic brain injuries, mental illnesses, ADHD, learning disabilities and developmental disabilities. Lee works primarily with adults from the ages of 18 through 60.
