Narrative

I am an estate planning attorney with a specialty in special needs planning. I work with families to plan their estates so that a disabled heir maintains his eligibility for government entitlements while still remaining a beneficiary of an estate or trust. I also assist fiduciaries in fulfilling their responsibilities such as accounting, guardianship/conservator appointments and estate administration. I am a mother of a child with pervasive developmental disorders.
