About 90% of Special Needs Law Group's clients are families with special needs children or siblings. We provide basic to sophisiticated estate and special needs planning (yes, including special needs trusts), representation in court for guardianships and conservatorships, counselling in transition and future life planning, advocacy with government agencies such as DDS, MassHealth, and others, counsel and representation in SPED cases, counsel to trustees in trust administration, representation of executors and trustees in post-mortem administration and settlement of estates and trusts, and elder law planning and Medicaid applications and appeals.

Our sister company, Special Needs Family Services, Inc. (not a law firm), serves as Trustee of Special Needs Trusts, court-appointed Guardian and Conservator, Agent ("Attorney-in-Fact") under a Durable Power of Attorney, and Health Care Agent under a Health Care Proxy. SNFS, Inc.
