Narrative

I bring a comprehensive approach to protecting my client's from the system. I assist families through the special needs planning process to make sure that your child is taken care of when you are no longer able to care for your child. We establish Special Needs Trusts so that eligibility for government benefits is preserved while allowing you to leave assets to enhance your child's quality of life. I also bring my extensive traning and experience as an appellate lawyer to advocate for children and those with disabilities.
