Narrative
Trained in psychodynamic, relational, cognitive-behavioral, and systemic therapeutic approaches, I primarily work from an individual therapy format with parent guidance and family sessions used as needed. I am also trained as a neuropsychologist, so frequently conduct integrated assessments to help determine the type of support young people need.
