Organization Narrative
Worcester Child Development-Head Start serves 770 children and families, employs over 150 staff, operates 37 classrooms and follows the Worcester Public Schools calendar. Head Start is a federally funded preschool program that provides comprehensive services to both children and families. Acceptance into the program is based on Federal Income Guidelines. Three options are available: half day program and full day program.
