Narrative

We know that you have choices about where to receive health care. We thank you for selecting our practice.

We are dedicated to providing quality health care in a changing environment. We would like to help you stay informed about your own health and wellness and have increased access to information that is for and about you. This website has been developed with you in mind.

We function as a primary care team. The team is comprised of physicians, nurse-practitioners, nurses, certified medical assistants and administrative staff. Each person plays an important role in the delivery of primary care to patients in our practice in Yarmouthport. We have been delivering primary care to residents in our community since our incorporation in 1994. We live and work in this area and strive to make it a place of excellence.

Patient Information
We accept primary care patients in our office that are 14 years of age and older. Our patients may see either a physician or nurse practitioner as their own primary care provider.

We participate in most major insurance plans that are accepted in our local community. Co-Payment, non-covered services and deductibles must be paid at the time the service is delivered. We work with a billing service called SVS Services. They work very closely with our patients to answer billing questions and process claims accurately and efficiently.
