CharterCARE offers a very wide array of inpatient and outpatient services. They all share some common characteristics. First, an abiding commitment to provide high quality, safety and an exceptional patient experience. Second, each service is supervised by experienced, board certified physicians and delivered by compassionate nurses and caring technicians. Both Roger Williams Medical Center and Fatima Hospital have physicians on-site 24 hours a day. We are pleased to present details on each of our clinical services.
