Your primary care team may consist of a physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, community health worker, nurse care manager, and behavioral health clinicians, who are all skilled in identifying and treating common conditions and ailments.

Primary care can be your first point of contact for non-emergency situations involving common illnesses and injuries. From performing routine check-ups and screenings, to diagnosing common conditions and coordinating specialty care, BHS’s expert primary care providers are here to help patients get and stay healthy.
