We offer different models of primary care through the Medical Affiliates of Cape Cod (MACC), a division of primary and specialty care physicians from Cape Cod Healthcare, from group practices to solo practitioners. Your care team is led by your PCP and may include highly skilled physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses and support staff who coordinate optimal patient care, including referrals to the appropriate medical specialists, when necessary.
