Vantage Health & Rehab of Milford is a spacious 135 -bed 4-STAR Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation facility offering short-term rehabilitation as well as extended and long-term care. We are located minutes from Interstate 495 with easy access to Boston, Worcester, and Providence.  The center is in a peaceful and serene wooded area but convenient to the activities and services available in our thriving community.
