Our state-of-the-art medical center is well equipped to provide preventative care, as well as treat and manage short and long-term illnesses. We also offer x-ray and laboratory services on-site for our family practice patients, so you can get the care you need in one central location. 

Our practice is part of Southern New Hampshire Health, a clinical affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital.
