Narrative

Olivia Scobie M.S., CCC/SLP completed her undergraduate degree at the University of New Hampshire, and graduated from Sacred Heart University with a Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2020. Olivia has experience working with the younger pediatric population to support early speech, language, and feeding/swallowing skills. Olivia has additional experience working with children on the autism spectrum, specifically assessing and treating children who use, and or are candidates for Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC) systems. Olivia has participated in continuing education regarding the transition between Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) to a Speech Generating Device (SGD) and is also SOFFI certified (Supporting Oral Feeding for Fragile Infants). Pediatric clinical areas of interest include pediatric dysphagia, early developing speech and language skills, motor-speech disorders, and complex communication disorders. 

When not working, Olivia spends time playing with her dog Delilah, spending time with loved ones, exercising, and cooking new recipes.
