Narrative

The LHIP's CHWs help individuals to apply for medical and dental insurance coverage. We provide assistance to apply for State subsidized insurance plans, such as Mass health, Connector Care, etc. We also provide support for individuals to enroll on unsubsidized plans (private plans) when they are not eligible for other programs in small businesses.
