For more than 100 years, Walsh Pharmacy, of Downtown Fall River, has specialized in prescription refills, medication consultations, and improving the overall health of our customers. At Walsh Pharmacy, unlike at chain pharmacies, you’re never just a number. Owner Tom Pasternak remains a consistent presence behind the counter, greeting customers personally and spending time answering any questions they may have. He is ably assisted by our team of friendly, knowledgeable, licensed pharmacists, Melanie, Isaac, and Angelique, who are always available to help.
