Narrative
We provide care for patients wherever they call “home” – private residences, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, hospitals, group homes and veteran’s facilities. Patients who need acute symptom management can be admitted to our 20-bed Kaplan Family Hospitce House in Danvers, which opened in 2005 as the first licensed inpatient hospice facility in Massachusetts, or our 18-bed Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln, which opened in 2018.
