Narrative

We provide care for patients wherever they call “home”. Includes private homes, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, hospitals, group homes and veteran’s facilities.

Patients who need acute symptom management can be admitted to our 20-bed Kaplan Family Hospitce House in Danvers, which opened in 2005. It is the first licensed inpatient hospice facility in Massachusetts. Our 18-bed Care Dimensions Hospice House  in Lincoln opened in 2018.
