NFI’s Acquired Brain Injury Community Supports serves adults diagnosed with acquired brain injury (ABI).  Clients served live in independent apartments or with family members. Services are provided to address client specific needs, including accessing benefits and entitlements, daily living skills, community connections, etc.  The program offers a variety of services including adult companionship, individual support, and transportation, with the primary goal being to support clients in living as independently as possible within their communities.
