Narrative

Provides RN, PT, OT, ST, and NNA and Wells Insurances Co.  Also performs Public Health functions, blood pressure checks, lead screenings and immunizations. Has a contract with Minuteman Senior Services to provide PCAs.  The Acton Public Health Nursing Service is dedicated to fostering individual and community health in the Town of Acton. To this end, the nursing service provides public health services and certified home health to the residents of Acton.
