Narrative
Older Children and Special Needs Adoption
Provides adoption services for children in DCF custody who are often older members of a sibling group or of a particular ethnic group and may have physical and/or emotional difficulties.
Adoption Journeys
Adoption Journeys is the statewide program providing specialized post-adoption support to families living in Massachusetts who have children through adoption or permanent legal guardianship. Services to families include adoption-focused home-based counseling, support groups, social activities, advocacy, and referral. Services to professionals include consultation and training.
