Adult Family Care is a program is for individuals who need daily help with personal care, but want to live at home or in a family setting, rather than in a nursing or group home. The caregiver provides meals, companionship, personal care assistance, and 24-hour supervision.  Caregivers, usually a family member, receive a tax free stipend from MassHealth for providing care.
