Narrative

HMEA’s Adult Family Care (“AFC” or Adult Foster Care) program provides ongoing support to individuals who cannot live alone safely and want to  remain in their current home and receive daily assistance from caregivers who are living with them.

HMEA provides ongoing professional and financial support to caregivers, often a family member, thereby preserving the relationship between individuals(participants) and their families.
