Narrative
Adult Foster Care (AFC) is a MassHealth funded program that provides 24 hour home care services for people with chronic health care needs. AFC lets people live their lives with dignity and maintain their daily routines with ongoing supervision and assistance from a qualified live-in caregiver. AFC caregivers receive a monthly tax-free stipend through Beacon Adult Foster Care Inc., as reimbursement for their services.
