Narrative
Through the Adult Foster Care program, Fidelity House provides a tax-exempt stipend along with supportive services so that a family member or other caregiver can care for an adult with disabilities. Caregivers provide room and board, assistance with the activities of daily living, and transportation to medical appointments. Fidelity House provides nursing assessments and consultation, safety training, and respite care to support the caregiver.
