Narrative

We provide Adult Foster Care (AFC) and a Mental Health Clinic. 

AFC is a care service provided to elderly adults and adults with developmental or physical disabilities. Given that these people could not live alone safely, AFC caregivers are trained to provide elderly adults with direct care on a day-to-day basis. Unlike the care given by a nursing home facility, AFC is given to people in the comfort of their own homes. Caregivers provide them with the meals, companionship, help, and supervision they need.
