Narrative

Our Child, Youth, and Family Division embraces a “Wraparound” system of care in our behavioral health services. We focus on the strengths and needs of each person family. Our Wraparound approach increases a family’s sense of confidence. We help them acquire new skills for supporting their child’s special needs. We help them accesses the necessary resources to build a supportive community network.

We recognize the prevalence and impact of trauma and traumatic stress on children, youth and families. We have staff trained in a variety of evidence-based and trauma-informed models, including

• Alternatives for Families Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (AF-CBT)
• Attachment, Regulation & Competency (ARC)
• Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
