Narrative

The Crystal Springs' Adult Program offers specialized programs, nursing, and consultation services to adults, ages 22 and older, with Autism Spectrum Disorder, other physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities, vision and hearing impairments, frequently accompanied by complex medical conditions and behavioral challenges.

Our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team consists of Residential, Day Habilitation, Nursing, Behavior Services, and Case Management professionals who share information and strive to develop individualized services that meet the unique needs and learning styles of each person, while stressing individual strengths, encouraging personal decisions and promoting independence in all areas.
