Narrative

Educational advocacy for individuals 3-22 years old. Assistance with transition planning.

Advocates work cooperatively with families to develop a vision, a transition plan that addresses the person's needs, and a map of resources and services that ensure a full and satisfying life.  We provide consultation and support to young adults and their families all through the planning process. It is an exciting time, but can be frightening as well. We take the anxiety out of the equation and support families toward the goal we all share for our adult children--a good life.
