Narrative

Program is for adults with brain injury living at home on their own or with family members. We customize services in the community depending on each person’s goals. Supports may include:

  • life skills training
  • recreation
  • health management
  • vocational services
  • community reintegration

Flexible supports, from as few as 1-2 hours per week to many more hours.  Hours vary depending on the level of need.
