Narrative

Friendship Home's Agency with Choice program is a cooperative employment model that offers a broad range of individualized services such as in-home supports, adult companion services, homemaker services, and much more. The program model allows families to direct the services that they receive and who will provide them based on their individual needs, budget allocation, and desires. Friendship Home works with families and service recipients to facilitate the process and be a partner. Our Family Navigator provides human resource management for the staff hired by the family in collaboration with the agency as well as ongoing case management services to ensure desired supports are being provided.
