Empowering people with disabilities (PwD).

The goal of Work Inc.’s Agency With Choice (AWC) Service Model is to support and facilitate a families decision to self-direct services for their family member.  Self-directed services mean that your family member has been given a specific amount of funding by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). You, the family, decides that type of services your family member needs and who will provide those services.
