Narrative

An Aging Service Access Point (ASAP). Services include information and referral, home care services, home delivered meals,Senior Care Options program, Protective Service programs, Money Management, Options Counselor, Personal Care Management and case management. 

OCES' goal is to keep you and your loved ones safe and independent so you can thrive in your home and community. Our experienced, diverse workforce assesses your needs and coordinates support to assist with daily living activities. We proudly serve all people, all ages, and all incomes.

The Adult Family Care Program provides supportive services in a private home to elders with complex medical and/or cognitive needs. Enhanced Adult Family Care is a community option for elderly or disabled adults.
