An Aging Service Access Point (ASAP) and Area Agency on Aging (AAA). We service eligible elders 60 years and over who live in Chelsea, Revere and Winthrop, Ma.  (711) - Mass Relay. We offer elder information, meals on wheels, personal care, and protective services.
