SeniorCare will coordinate planning, identification, assessment of needs, and provision of services for adults (aged 22 or older) with disabilities.

SeniorCare, a consumer centered organization, provides and coordinates services to elders and others, enabling them to live independently at home or in a setting of their choice while remaining part of their community. Services include information & referral, protective services, elder care advice, nursing home screening, money management, *volunteer transportation to medical appointments and more. We serve elders and disabled adults in Beverly, Essex, Gloucester, Hamilton, Ipswich, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Rockport, Topsfield and Wenham.

*Volunteer transportation is one of our premium services.  All drivers are volunteers. There are some guidelines. The passenger must be able to get in and out of a car without too much assistance and it is not possible to transport anyone who needs a wheelchair to and from their home.  Transportation needs 3 days prior notice and more if possible to best facilitate the service.  Access to Boston locations is limited, but not out of the question.  To qualify a person needs to be 60 years of age or older.

SeniorCare Inc. is a Massachusetts Aging Services Access Point (ASAP) and a federally designated Area Agency on Aging (AAA).

Some services are free to consumers, others are billed on a sliding fee scale.
