Narrative

LifePath is an Aging Services Access Point and Area Agency on Aging.  The goal is to help older Americans, people with disabilities, and caregivers maximize their independence and quality of life through program development and service delivery. Spanish, Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian interpreter available.
