Narrative

Aging Service Access Point (ASAP) and Area Agency on Aging through the Executive Office of Elder Affairs. Serves those over 60 and physically or mentally disabled. Must be a resident of 12 selected towns. Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. Provides a wide range of services from case management to transportation. Reporting agency for elder abuse. We offer Information and Referral for all ages. HESSCO serves the Massachusetts towns of Canton, Dedham, Foxborough, Medfield, Millis, Norfolk, Norwood, Plainville, Sharon, Walpole, Westwood and Wrentham.
