Narrative

AgeSpan Incorporated is a designated federal Area Agency on Aging (AAA), a state Aging Service Access Point (ASAP), and an Elder Protective Service Agency for this region.  They have developed a strong partnership with a large health care organization through our Healthy Living Center of Excellence programs. They have also established an Aging and Disability Resource Consortium over 10 years ago with partner agencies to extend our assistance to disability populations and families caring for disabled adults.
