Narrative

The mission of Asperger Works is twofold:

• to help adults with Asperger’s Syndrome (AS) lead productive lives through gainful employment 
• to educate employers about the positive side of hiring people with Asperger’s Syndrome

We educate employers regarding the best ways to use the strengths of people with AS and provide a work environment that sets up the autistic worker for success. We develop programs that help adults with AS find fulfilling work, such as employment readiness training and related support. And, we help people with AS stay employed and advance in their careers.
