Narrative

The mission of Asperger Works is twofold: to help adults with Asperger’s Syndrome (AS) lead productive lives through gainful employment and to educate employers about the positive side of hiring people with Asperger’s Syndrome. We educate employers regarding the best ways to leverage the strengths of people with AS and provide a work environment that sets up the autistic worker for success. We develop programs that help adults with AS find fulfilling work, such as employment readiness training and related support. And, we assist people with AS stay employed and advance in their careers.
